What do the fees include?
The basic conference fees for IN-PERSON attendance include:
Admission to all scientific sessions.
Admission to exhibition areas.
Certificate of Attendance.
Coffee breaks and lunch.
Open access publication of proceedings in the ITBA Repository (including an ISBN and an individual DOI for each paper).
What do the fees not include?
The dinner is not included in the basic fee.
Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
Important notes
Student rates are available to all students including PhD students. The organizers reserve their right to request a proof of student status.
All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
We recommend taking part in the dinner and networking event at the wonderful restaurant Tango Porteño, with a live tango show. Accompanying persons will be welcome to register for this event only.
Conditions
Full payment at registration either by credit/debit card and via PayPal for international payments.
All participants - authors and non-authors alike - are required to register and to pay the registration fees. Delegates who have not paid their registration fee by 31 August 2026 will not have their papers included in the final Programme and Proceedings, even if they have been accepted by the editorial board.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to buildings4people@itba.edu.ar. Registration fees are refundable, less a 10% processing fee, if the written cancellation is received by September 13, 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. However, substitute registrants are welcome and will be accepted upon written notification.

Attending the HCB Network Experts Meeting
ITBA will host the fifth IEA EBC HCB Network Experts Meeting on 6 and 7 October. Here are the details:
- The early-bird registration fee for the two-day meeting is USD 210 (until 7 July) and the standard fee is USD 230 (until 31 August).
- This includes coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on 6 October.
- Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
