The event will take place at the ITBA Distrito Financiero Campus, situated at San Martín 202 (C1004) in the heart of Buenos Aires’ financial district.

Airports
Buenos Aires is served by two main airports. Ministro Pistarini International Airport (EZE), primarily for international flights, and Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (AEP), located within the city and mainly used for domestic and regional connections. Please check your itinerary carefully, as your arrival and departure airports will depend on your airline and flight origin. For transfers from EZE to the city, we recommend either Cabify app or Manuel Tienda León, a reliable shuttle bus and private car service with a stand at the arrivals hall.
Ride-Sharing & Taxis
For safe and reliable transportation within the city, we highly recommend using the Cabify app. Please note that in most cases the payment is in local currency (ARS) in cash.
Public Transport
Exploring the city via subway (Subte) is very convenient. You can now pay for public transport fares directly using contactless credit cards.
Navigation
We suggest using Google Maps to search for the best transport options, real-time schedules, and walking directions to the ITBA campus and other city landmarks.
Visa
Visitors of most nationalities can enter Argentina for up to 90 days without a visa. To find out whether you need a visa to enter Argentina, check here.
Note that Argentina no longer charges reciprocity fees to US, Canadian or Australian citizens. Citizens from Mercosur nations need only their national ID to enter the country.
Accommodation
ITBA has a preferential rate with the Hotel Duomi.
