Doctoral Programs | Departamento de Investigación y Doctorado

Ph.D. Programs

The Ph.D. programs at ITBA are designed to train experts in multiple branches of science, with systemic technology and innovation being our main pillars.

They rely on projects led by ITBA research professors, funded by ITBA’s own resources, by numerous national and international state scientific institutions, as well as by private companies and organizations. We share the objectives and trends of the world’s leading universities, where teaching, R&D&I, and knowledge transfer to the socio-productive sector are combined.

We recognize that scientific advancements do not necessarily lead to technology, and that not all technological development is based on scientific creation. However, in today’s competitive and interconnected world, when technological advancements are supported by new scientific knowledge, their added value is greater. This is the objective of our university, and it functions as a virtuous cycle.
